1) Reach the Main Menu of DiRT 2 – Close the game
2) Uninstall all Games for Windows Live programs (GFWL)
3) Install this version of GFWL but DO NOT RUN IT – Download
4) Run the XBOX app and log into your account
5) Run DiRT 2 and login with your XBOX account when prompted
